Questions flat owners ask us.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We visit, measure, and talk through ideas at no cost, and you are under no obligation.
Will the finished room look like the 3D design?
That is what the design stage is for. You approve the layout, the 3D views, and the materials before we start, and we build to that approval.
Which brands do you use?
Boards from Greenply, Century, and Action Tesa, including moisture and termite resistant HDHMR for kitchens. Fittings from Hettich, Häfele, Ebco, and Godrej. Your quote names them.
How do payments work?
40% advance to begin, 40% when the structure is complete, 15% on hardware material, and the last 5% after completion. Taxes are extra as applicable.
How long does a full flat take?
It depends on the size of the flat and the work. Your quote states the project duration in writing, before you pay anything.
What if something breaks after handover?
All woodwork comes with 2 years of repair service. Call us and we come back to fix it.
Do you take single rooms?
Yes. A kitchen, a set of wardrobes, a false ceiling, or new UPVC windows on their own are all welcome.
Where do you work?
We are based in Sector 150, Noida, and take projects across Noida, Greater Noida, and the NCR.
